CANCELLATION

If you place an order and start having second thoughts, not to worry!  You have a window of 8 hours from the time of placing an order to request a cancellation. To initiate a cancellation, kindly send your request to order@bienvife.ca. Please note that any cancellation requests received beyond the specified time frame may not be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding.

RETURN OR REFUND

As a sole owner and operator, we regret to inform you that we do not process refunds due to the high operating expenses and resource requirements involved.

Our commitment is to provide you with quality products, and we ensure thorough inspections before shipping to minimize any issues. In the rare case of a damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days from the delivery date. Please provide your Order Number and include photos of the damaged item for assessment. We will promptly evaluate the provided information. If the damage is confirmed, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution.

For all other inquiries or concerns, we are here to assist you to the best of our ability. Your understanding of our operational constraints is greatly appreciated.

SHIPPING

1. *Processing Time:*
Orders are processed within 4 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. *Shipping Rates:*
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

3. *Free Domestic Shipping:*
Enjoy complimentary standard domestic shipping on orders over 200 CAD (excluding tax). For orders below this threshold, shipping rates apply.

4. *Free International Shipping:*
For our international customers, we offer free shipping on orders over 500 CAD (excluding tax). Orders below this value will be subject to international shipping rates.

5. *Shipping Methods:*
We prioritize the security and timely delivery of your parcel by offering expedited and tracked shipping options, minimizing the risk of loss and ensuring peace of mind. Delivery times vary based on the selected method and your location.

6. *International Shipping:*
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. If a shipment is returned due to a declined payment of these charges, please be informed that we will not issue a refund for the purchased product. Please check with your Country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Thank you for understanding.

7. *Order Tracking:*
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

8. *Shipping Delays:*
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier issues may cause delays. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

9. *Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:*
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses or incomplete information.

10. *Lost or Stolen Packages:*
Contact us promptly if your package is lost or stolen. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that we are not liable for such occurrences.

11. *Returns Due to Non-Delivery:*
If a package is returned due to non-delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
